Terms of Use
Last updated: August 12, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of Calendar Scheduler ("the Service"), operated by Marcelo Kaczorowsky, an individual developer based in Germany. By creating an account or booking a meeting through the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Calendar Scheduler lets a host share a public booking page, so others can book time against their real calendar availability. Confirmed bookings create a calendar event on the host's connected Google Calendar and, if the host has enabled it, an automatically generated Google Meet or Zoom meeting link.
The Service is currently in active development and provided on an early-stage, best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Accounts and connected apps
To use the Service as a host, you sign in with Google and, optionally, connect Google Calendar and/or Zoom. You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the accuracy of the event types and availability you publish. You can disconnect Google Calendar or Zoom, or delete your account entirely, at any time from your dashboard — see our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, harass others, misrepresent your identity, or violate applicable law. We may suspend or remove access for use that violates this section.
4. Third-party services
The Service relies on Google Calendar and, optionally, Zoom to function. Your use of those providers is also governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for outages, changes, or errors originating from those providers.
5. Liability
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Beyond that, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable damage typical for a service of this kind.
6. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or of applicable law.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
